As of Sections v.1.1.1. The Sections fix stack will now auto pad the section content so that it never overlaps.
This makes creating equalised height content with items fixed to the top to the bottom of an equalized height section totally drag and drop.

This Sections Fix stack is set to Postion:Top
As you can see in edit mode, it does not matter whether the stack is dropped above or below the content. It's position is determined only by the position setting
