AltTextThe Examples

Each page is a self contained Chroma setup example. You can copy and paste these setups into your projects if you wish.

Make sure that you use the same marker names where applicable, or change the style names to those of your choosing.

Themes

Chroma works in any theme.

Certain features may not work in some "traditional" themes depending on limitations of the theme code.

Non framework themes

Chroma has two settings that help you to make additional fixed content in tradition themes.

Add to Body and Add to Stacks Top allow your Chroma content to fix above the rest of the theme content in most situations.

The examples only touch the surface of what is possible with Chroma & Chroma Pro. Watch the videos for more information.

The project file

The complete project file of examples is set to use the blank theme.

Pages that use other themes are set in the page inspector to not use the master style.

The CSS in the site wide area is just for the faux menu and a few other styles for the blank theme. Do Not copy this code into your projects.

You can download the project file from the Chroma stack product page.

The example menu

On the pages made with the blank theme, the menu is not real. This faux menu is just columns containing a Header Pro and ButtonPlus2 stacks.

This faux menu is just there to demonstrate Chroma in the blank theme. It is NOT a proper menu and NOT part of the Chroma stack.

If you wish to copy and paste the Chroma setups, simply delete the Faux Menu partial from Chroma and drop in your actual menu.

AltTextThe Blank Theme

To avoid the inevitable will it work with questions, almost all the pages are built using the Blank Theme from Joe Workman.

This is a totally blank theme and unlike others contains zero frameworks or other code.

Do not use this theme for your projects, it was just used to demonstrate the theme agnostic nature of Chroma.

You can get the Blank theme for free here if you want to see the project working as is.
